Every new profile will be verified by our Verification team and upon activation, your profile will be visible to all ! Verification of profiles is done manually. The team checks each and every profile carefully for any invalid or incorrect information and also candidates are contacted over the phone for confirmation of authority. You will get a notification once the profile is active !

Can I upload my photograph?

You have the option of uploading your photograph on My Profile Page. You can upload a maximum of eight photographs.

Can I edit all my details ?

At any time, you can update your profile by clicking Edit My Profile button .

I see a tab called MY MATCHES, What’s the use of it ?

My Matches fetches the profiles matching your partner preferences that you keyed in while registering your profile. Its dynamically updated

Can I shortlist/bookmark a Profile ?

Yes, you can ! Its an useful feature to make a note of the interested profiles. You need to be logged in to use the shortlist feature.

How do I change my password? I forgot my password?

If you remember your old passowrd, after logging into your account, click on the change password link. The system will ask for your old password and then the new one then login with your new password. If you forgot password . On the login page click on forgot password, You will get a link to change password in your regsitered email. Follow the instructions to chnage password and login once again with the new password.

login to your matrimony account, go to the search ID option,enter the profile ID go to contact detailes and click on that to view the contact details of the profile you wish to communicate to. Please note down the contact details immedaitely on your mobile or Paper for later use.

I am a silver member I have used up all my view profiles, but while I still have minimum 5 contacts with me, I am unable to see the contacts. As soon as I try to view the contact, it takes me to membership plan. What has happened?

In all plans, once the view profile is used up, the use of all other features of the plan expire. So before viewing all profiles, manage your all features wisely.
